Music is really an expressive type of artwork. Many people say that the quality and finesse of music went drastically down-hill over the past decade or so. If you grew up to witness the rise of progessive rock, like Pink Floyd and Hendrix, and enjoyed the advancement of ‘mods’ from Madness to Pulp, you might well find alot of today’s music far more lightweight. A lot of modern day tracks fail to define a clear riff or hook.
